I have about 30 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant branche. I did exploit 4 restaurants, a hotel and a cooking school. The experience i have gained over these 30 years i use to advice entrepreneurs in this fantastic business. 

As a hospitality entrepreneur, I know that as doers we prefer to be behind the bar or at the stove to help guests have a wonderful day or evening. But entrepreneurship is more than that. As an analyst I am good at managing numbers and as a people person I know how to retain and motivate staff. Because I have experienced all aspects of doing business in the hospitality industry, I can successfully and happily apply this to other entrepreneurs.

Our organization can make a huge difference. We grow the hospitality entrepreneur by being there for them. Together with the entrepreneur and some of his or her employees at the table (MT), thinking up something new or finding a solution to problems together. At these moments proves that we know the client well. That we understand what entrepreneurship means, that we speak the language and that we are completely familiar with the situation of the hospitality entrepreneur. That we have everything in-house: the management of daily affairs and the advisory power for the important moments.
