Dr. Daniel Kadouch, a dedicated dermatologist and a loving father of four, resides and practices in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He intimately understands the challenges parents face in safeguarding their young ones from the harmful effects of sun exposure. This profound insight led him to establish Tenue de Soleil, a brand committed to providing expertly designed sun protection solutions that prioritize both skin health and environmental sustainability.

All of our sustainable sun protection products are meticulously developed by Dr. Daniel Kadouch, a dermatologist and skin cancer expert. We exclusively utilize premium-quality Italian UPF50+ swim fabric, manufactured in Europe using ECONYL® – a unique regenerated nylon sourced from recovered ocean fishing nets and other discarded nylon waste. This tightly-knit fabric not only attains the highest UPF50+ rating but also maintains its shape, ensuring maximum coverage in water, all while contributing to cleaner oceans.
Our UPF 50+ fabric effectively blocks 98% of both UVA and UVB rays (protection is contingent on the skin area covered by the garment).
Furthermore, our Natural SPF50+ Sunscreen provides exceptional protection against UV-A and UV-B rays, and it is proudly manufactured in the Netherlands. Featuring a Non Nano Zinc Oxide mineral UV filter, this sunscreen forms a protective barrier on your skin that reflects harmful sun rays. Additionally, the formula is enriched with natural vitamin E, antioxidants, and bisabolol, known for their soothing effects on the skin. With all ingredients sourced from nature, our sunscreen is free from chemical UV filters, vegan, cruelty-free, and devoid of microplastics.
