fter 5 years of working as a field manager for a nation-wide Housing Agency I started Koops Rental Agency in 2007. We had a successful start in Haarlem, one of the most attractive cities in the Netherlands. With our hands-on mentality and services-oriented working process we managed to expand our team resulting in the opening of our second office in Amstelveen. The Amstelveen- and Amsterdam rental market is a real challenge. We help a lot of expats in their search for a new home, and provide them with many other services... We are a leading rental agency specialized in renting properties in the Haarlem, Amsterdam, Amstelveen and Leiden region. We rent out more than 800 free sector properties per year. For a landlord we take care of the entire mediation process.

How We Work:
Koops Rental Agency operates according to the “no cure, no pay” principle. In the case of successful mediation, the agency fee is equal to one month rent (excl. 21% V.A.T.).
