Hello and welcome,

My name is Marco Kramer and I was born and raised in 1986 in a small village in the south of the Netherlands called Hoogerheide. In 2009, when I was 23 years old, me and my family moved to Curacao, an amazing island in the Carribean. 2 years later in 2011 I decided to move back to the Netherlands and found the beautiful city of Amsterdam. Since then I'm in love with the city. First I worked in sales for the utility company Nuon (Energy supplier) and for the last 7 years I'm the proud owner of my own housing agency 'HousingNet'. Our office is located on Toldwarsstraat 14H in the area 'De Pijp'.

We can assist you in all aspects of the rentals and sales market in Amsterdam and its surounding areas. So no matter if you're looking to buy a place as an investment, want to lease or to rent out your apartment or anything else, we are here for YOU!

Rent out your property: 10% of 1 year rent incl. 21% VAT
Selling property: 1.0% including 21% VAT
Buying property: 1.0% including 21% VAT
Full property management: € 75,- per month incl. 21% VAT
Financial property man.: € 45,- per month incl. 21% VAT
Technical property man.: € 45,- per month incl. 21% VAT
Home search assistance: 1 month rent + 21%VAT (Minimum budget of € 1500,- per month for a 1 bedroom property and minimum rental period of 12 months)
